Blank Rome partner Michael B. Schaedle will serve as a faculty member at the American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) 2022 Complex Financial Restructuring Program (“CFRP”), being held at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a networking reception to follow.
Mike’s session, “Governance and Shared-Services Issues,” will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program offers a unique approach to understanding the role of investment bankers and financial advisers in insolvency and restructuring. Through a case study format, faculty members play the role of major constituents and dramatize the various perspectives of parties-in-interest. Each session will provide insight, practical advice, and proposed solutions on how to make a turnaround successful.
Program participants will combine with VALCON 2022 attendees for a final workshop-style session on the day’s case study and a networking reception. Plus, CFRP attendees who wish to also attend VALCON 2022 can save with a special rate that includes both programs.
