ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This practical CLE program provides an examination of an area of law that many don’t realize has specific laws and regulations governing its registration and relationships. Franchise lawyers with years of experience will begin the program with an overview of those laws and regulations. Panelists then familiarize attendees with all-important terminology that forms the foundation of this field, answering the question “what is a franchise,” and leading to the examination of the various components of a franchise.
