Ira’s segment, “Conflicts and Other Ethical Issues,” will focus on ethical issues for counsel retained in a chapter 11 case, including the concept of disinterestedness and the related disclosure requirements. Additionally, the segment will cover the role and duties of creditors’ committee counsel, including the parameters of a committee’s fiduciary duties and issues that arise with respect to confidential information.
