Federal Programs 101: Primer for Professionals New to Pharmaceutical Pricing

Blank Rome Partner Merle M. DeLancey Jr. will speak at the 18th Annual American Conference Institute (“ACI”) Rx Drug Pricing Boot Camp, being held Tuesday, November 27 through Friday, November 30, 2018, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Merle will co-present Workshop A, “Federal Programs 101: Primer for Professionals New to Pharmaceutical Pricing,” on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with Stephanie L. Kupski, Sr. Director, Pricing & Contracts, Horizon Pharmaceuticals. The workshop will provide an essential overview of pharmaceutical pricing and government payor programs and serve as a primer on government pricing fundamentals and lay the foundation for the more in-depth discussions that will take place throughout the conference.

ACI’s Rx Drug Pricing Boot Camp has been designed to provide drug manufacturers, PBMs, plans, and pharmacies with the critical information they need to effectively and efficiently manage government pricing.
