ABOUT THE WEBINAR

This webinar will explore the various elements of export control diversion risk that companies face, with exporters and service providers around the world subject to potential U.S. government scrutiny and enforcement. In particular, the webinar will cover the scope of U.S. export control jurisdiction over U.S.-origin and even many non-U.S.-origin items; particular risks associated with exports of “common high priority list” items such as integrated circuits, electronics and related test and production equipment, mechanical components, and machine tools; particular risks presented by exports of certain items to Russia and China; U.S. government guidance and best practices regarding how to manage export diversion issues; and U.S. government enforcement risk.
