Blank Rome Partner Ira L. Herman will moderate a panel at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) 2019 Mid-Level Professional Development Program, being held in New York, New York on Monday, November 4, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with a networking reception to follow.

Ira’s panel will take place from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. and is titled “Ethics: Who Is the Client?”

ABI’s Mid-Level Professional Development Program is geared specifically toward mid-level insolvency and restructuring professionals, lawyers, and financial advisors. Featuring both technical and career-advancement sessions, the conference offers attendees an opportunity to learn critical skills from some of the country’s top judges, attorneys, financial advisors, investment bankers, restructuring professionals, and clients.
