Employment Roundtable 2008: Year in Review

Anthony Haller will discuss “Employment Roundtable 2008: Year in Review” on The American Law Journal with Christopher Naughton on Sunday, January 4, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. The program will air on the Comcast network, and will be streamed from www.cn8.tv.
Mr. Haller will be on a panel that reviews U.S. Supreme Court and Third Circuit decisions, legislation and trends that affected both employer and employee in the past year: age/race/sex discrimination and retaliation claims, ADA/FMLA, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and wage and hour class actions. The panel also discusses upcoming issues for 2009 such as: the employee Free Choice Act, the WARN Act, and how the current political and economic climate will affect each panelist’s respective practice.
