Reisman will present “As the (Employment Law) World Turns: Where Have We Been and Where Are We Going?” hosted by the Human Resource Association of Southern New Jersey, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (“SHRM”). The program will take place as an online webinar on Thursday, April 15, 2021, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. EDT.
Jason will discuss some key developments and hot topics in wage and hour law emanating from the Biden Administration and look at what happened under the Trump Administration, including comparing the two.
