Emerging Compliance Challenges Track: Online Lead Generation: Licensing and Other Compliance Considerations

Blank Rome Partner Scott D. Samlin will present at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (“MBA”) Regulatory Compliance Conference 2021, being held September 12 through 14, 2021, at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C.

Scott will speak on the Emerging Compliance Challenges Track panel “Online Lead Generation: Licensing and Other Compliance Considerations,” which will discuss will licensing requirements and other potential compliance issues that may arise in connection with the use of online lead generation tools.
