AIPLA QJ First Annual Symposium

Blank Rome Partner Mark Thronson will be speaking on the "Drafting Claims During Prosecution" panel at the first annual American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal ("AIPLA QJ") Symposium, which will be held on March 18, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.

The theme of the Symposium this year is "The Life of a Claim Term." The Symposium will feature other distinguished speakers, moderators, and panelists, including Chief Judge Sharon Prost, Judge Susan G. Braden, Chief Judge Charles E. Bullock, Administrative Patent Judge Grace Obermann, and keynote speaker, William Jay, who argued before the Supreme Court in Teva, among others.
