D&O Insurance Cyber Liability Forum

Blank Rome Partner Deborah Greenspan serves on the organizing committee for the American Bar Association’s D&O Insurance Cyber Liability Forum, which will be held January 30, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at St. John's University.
The interactive forum will identify and discuss officers' and directors’ liability and coverage issues following a hypothetical cyberattack and data breach.
During the forum, Ms. Greenspan will moderate the panel on “Dispute Resolution Issues,” featuring:
