Blank Rome Partner Brian S. Gocial will moderate a panel at the SMART / NDIA-DVC Cyber Security Forum, being held Wednesday, February 26, 2020, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Penn State at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Hosted by Strengthening the Mid-Atlantic Region for Tomorrow (SMART) and the National Defense Industrial Association Delaware Valley Chapter (NDIA-DVC), this half-day seminar brings together industry and government information security professionals to discuss cybersecurity priorities, threats, vulnerabilities, and acquisition policies and regulations. Attendees will obtain a broad overview of the cybersecurity landscape within Federal and Department of Defense agencies as well as an overview of the DoD’s new Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (“CMMC”), a cybersecurity assessment and certification program.
