About the Program
In celebration of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, AM&AA DC/MD/VA presents this cyber-focused event to help buyers, sellers, and M&A professionals understand the cyber risks in the deal process. Now more than ever, cyber plays a critical part of every deal no matter the industry.
In this session, the panel will share lessons learned; strategies for identifying technical and behavioral security issues; and tactics for reducing integration, financial, and reputational risks throughout the deal cycle.
