Blank Rome Partner Mark M. Lee will participate in a panel discussion at the upcoming Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (“PACDL”) 2018 White Collar Practice Seminar, being held November 15 and 16, 2018, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mark’s panel, “Cryptocurrencies and ICOs: Navigating the Regulatory Landscape and Responding to Government Investigations,” will take place on Thursday, November 15, from 2:45–4:00 p.m. Mark will be joined on the panel by Michael J. Engle (Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP) and Brian Klein (Baker Marquart LLP).

The panel will discuss the positions and enforcement actions of a variety of regulatory authorities on cryptocurrencies and ICOs. The SEC, CFTC, and DOJ, as well as other state and federal agencies, have been formulating policies and pursuing enforcement actions in this space at an ever-increasing rate.
