COVID-19—Class Actions in the Cruise Industry

Blank Rome Partner John D. Kimball will speak at the International Union of Marine Insurance (“IUMI”) 2020 Stockholm Digital Conference, being held online, September 14 through 25, 2020. This year’s theme will be “Navigating changing climates: Delivering expertise to shape the future.”
The conference will consist of one 90- to 120-minute workshop each day. Each workshop session will run twice a day to ensure all time zones are able to participate. Sessions will comprise a mix of presentations, discussion, and online Q&A.
To ensure all participants are able to attend all workshops—and to avoid extended time away from the “office”—the conference will be spread over a two-week period.
