Corporate Governance and Counseling Independent Directors

Blank Rome Partner Thomas R. Westle, along with JoAnn M. Strasser, partner at Thomson Hine LLP, will be a guest lecturer for a 2.5-hour graduate accounting class at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, on Monday, April 8, 2019.

Tom and JoAnn will speak on the topics of corporate governance and serving as fund counsel and independent counsel to the independent directors of registered investment companies.
