Conversations in the Boardroom

Blank Rome Partner Yelena M. Barychev, co-lead of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) team, will moderate the panel discussion for The Forum of Executive Women’s online program “Conversations in the Boardroom,” which will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. EST, for Forum members.

More than ever, companies are operating in the environment where investors, customers, and rating agencies are increasingly focused on the companies’ ability to mitigate ESG risks and act on ESG opportunities.

Yelena and panelists Kellie Huennekens (Head of ESG Research, Nasdaq), Stacie L. Roberts (Assistant Vice President of Corporate Governance, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation), and Jane Scaccetti (Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer, Drucker & Scaccetti) will provide an in-depth discussion of ESG risks and opportunities on the Board of Directors’ agenda.
