Confronting and Managing Difficult Situations: Leadership in the Time of Crisis

Blank Rome Partner Regina Stango Kelbon will speak at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Business Law Section Virtual Spring Meeting, being held April 19 through 23, 2021, as an online event.

Regina will act as co-moderator for “Confronting and Managing Difficult Situations: Leadership in the Time of Crisis” taking place on Wednesday, April 21, from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. CDT. The panel, which includes Attorney General Maura Healey of Massachusetts and Richard Pound, the senior active member of the International Olympic Committee, will explore best crisis management practices while trying to get our arms around the psychology of crisis. They will then look at crises from two different time periods—the current Coronavirus crisis and the 2002 crisis that shook the International Olympics to its core―and test the approach to those crises against current thinking on best practices.
