Changes in Property Assessments and Assessment Appeals in the City of Philadelphia

Blank Rome Partner Adam E. Laver will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) 22nd Annual Real Estate Institute, being held December 6 and 7, 2018, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Adam’s panel, “Changes in Property Assessments and Assessment Appeals in the City of Philadelphia,” will take place on Thursday, December 6, from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. and he will be joined on the panel by Drew E. Aldinger (Chief Deputy City Solicitor, City of Philadelphia Law Department, Property Assessment Unit) and Robert N. C. Nix, III (Founder and President of Pleasant News, Inc.).

This two-day program, co-sponsored by PBI and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 12 hours of CLE credit.
