CBD-A Conference

Blank Rome Partners Grant E. Buerstetta and Michelle Ann Gitlitz, co-chairs of the Firm’s Blockchain Technology & Digital Currencies group, will host and speak at the “CBD-A Conference,” being held Wednesday, May 29, 2019, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Blank Rome’s New York office.

This seminar will provide information on emerging issues and opportunities surrounding Cannabis, Blockchain, and capital raising using Regulation D and Regulation A from a panel of legal, accounting, investment, and business professionals with deep experience in their respective industries.
