Board Effectiveness—Breakout Session

Blank Rome partner and co-chair of the firm's Investment Management group Stacy H. Louizos will serve as a speaker at Mutual Fund Directors Forum's 2023 Fund Governance & Regulatory Insights Conference being held March 9 through 10, 2023, at the InterContinental Washington D.C. - The Wharf. The Forum's annual FGRI Conference will bring independent directors together with legislators, regulators, and other industry experts to discuss issues of critical concern to fund directors.
