Letourneau will serve as a keynote speaker at North American Marine Environment Protection Association’s (“NAMEPA”) 2025 Marine Operations Seminar, “Operations in a Period of Disruption,” being held Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the Houston Pilots Headquarters in Deer Park, Texas, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
ABOUT THE SEMINAR
The theme for this year’s conference, “Operation in a Period of Disruption,” invites maritime companies and industry leaders to examine the challenges and disruptions currently shaping the industry.
Keith’s keynote speech, titled “Between Rhetoric and Reality in Trump’s Administration,” will take place at 12:45 p.m., immediately following a speech by RDML Wayne Arguin, Assistant Commandant for Prevention Policy, U.S. Coast Guard.
