Advanced State Taxation Related to Foreign Income

Blank Rome State + Local Tax of counsel Eugene J. Gibilaro will serve as a panelist at the Council on State Taxation’s (“COST”) 2022 Intermediate/Advanced State Income Tax School, which will be held May 15 through 19, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Eugene’s session, “Advanced State Taxation Related to Foreign Income,” will take place on Tuesday, May 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and the panel will explore state adjustments with a focus on adjustments related to foreign operations and transactions.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A four-day intense program for tax attorneys and accountants with more than three years of multi-state corporate tax experience, involved in either compliance or planning functions. The emphasis of the Schools is on the practical application of state tax issues in a corporate environment. The courses are taught using the case-study method and are intended to expose students to the theoretical knowledge and strategic insights of outside experts, along with the practical expertise of in-house practitioners.
