Advanced Drafting Issues and Techniques
Blank Rome Partner Dayna C. Finkelstein will speak on the opening plenary session, "Advanced Drafting Issues and Techniques," at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's upcoming "A Day on Contracts" CLE being held on Monday, August 13, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
The all-day course will be held at the CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia and via live webcast and simulcast. Highlights include:
- Plenary sessions that will present and review the all-important basics, as well as newer areas like artificial intelligence
- Break-out sessions that will delve into six specific types of contracts
- A session on negations ethics and professionalism
