ADR Solution for Disasters

Blank Rome Partner Deborah Greenspan will be a panelist at the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (“TIPS”) event, Disasters: The Emerging D&O, E&O and Corporate Risks—What You Need to Know, and How To Manage, Mitigate and Resolve Those Risks, being held Tuesday, February 5, 2019, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Fordham University Graduate School of Business in New York, New York, with a reception to follow.       

Deborah, who is also on the Organizing Committee of the event, will speak on the “ADR Solution for Disasters” panel, which will take place from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and will discuss typical costs after disaster if there is no alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”), why the best practice is to have an ADR process in place, and how to do that. Deborah will be joined on the panel by Kim Hogrefe (mediator, arbitrator and consultant) and Hon. James S. Miller (JAMS).
