9th Annual Oil and Gas Law Colloquium
Four partners from Blank Rome’s Energy group will serve as faculty at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) 9th Annual Oil and Gas Law Colloquium. This two-day conference, which will be held at the DoubleTree Pittsburgh—Meadowlands, June 21-22, will uncover the latest developments in legal and regulatory practice as well as discuss the hottest issues facing shale energy practitioners.
Blank Rome Partners Amy L. Barrette and Jeremy A. Mercer will host the program, “The Oil and Gas Conservation Law and Its Impact on Utica Development in Pennsylvania,” held June 21, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The following day, June 22, from 10:25 a.m. to 11:25 a.m., Blank Rome Partners Margaret A. Hill and Amy Joseph Coles will moderate the session, “Permit and Zoning Challenges and Environmental Hearing Board Appeals.”
