Sunoco Acquires Three Properties in South Carolina
Blank Rome represented Sunoco, Inc., which through its affiliated companies, operates as a petroleum marketer, in its acquisition of three contiguous properties in South Pleasant, South Carolina, to be developed into a Sunoco service station on Hwy 17. The transaction closed on December 17, 2013.
