StoneMor Partners L.P. Acquires Death Care Properties
Blank Rome represented StoneMor Partners L.P. (NYSE: STON), the second-largest publicly traded cemetery company in the United States, in the acquisition, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, of six funeral homes, three crematories, and a retail monument business, all located in South Florida, from a number of related entities. The transaction closed on February 19, 2013.
