Iconix Acquires 51% Interest in Buffalo David Bitton
Blank Rome represented Iconix Brand Group, Inc. in connection with its $76.5 million acquisition of a 51% interest in the Buffalo David Bitton® ("Buffalo") brand from Buffalo International ULC. To acquire the trademark, Iconix formed a new joint venture company with Buffalo International ULC that will be the core licensee for the new joint venture. The transaction closed on February 1, 2013.
