DRA Advisors LLC Sells Multi-Family Properties to Global Private Equity Firm
Blank Rome represented DRA Advisors LLC, an investment advisor specializing in real estate investment and management services, in the sale of 64 multi-family properties located throughout nine states and totaling more than 20,000 units, to global private equity firm, Lone Star Funds. The transaction closed in September 2014.
