Blank Rome represented DRA Advisors, LLC in the $37 million acquisition of Main Street Village Apartments in Granger, Indiana, along with assumption of existing indebtedness held by Fannie Mae (CBRE as Special Servicer). The transaction closed on June 25, 2013.
