Blank Rome Represents Verdant Commercial Capital in Its Issuance of Asset-Backed Securities

A Blank Rome team represented Verdant Commercial Capital, LLC, as issuer through its special purpose subsidiary Verdant Receivables 2025-1 LLC, in the issuance of $400,639,000 in asset-backed notes, secured by a pool of loans and leases (“contracts”) and related business-essential equipment and software in six industry verticals: Industrial; Manufacturing; Specialty Vehicle; Golf, Sports & Entertainment; Energy Efficiency; and Technology & Office Automation. The proceeds of the securitization were used by Verdant to finance its acquisition of the contracts and rights to the related equipment. The money market tranche of Notes was rated from P-1 (sf)/F-1+ (sf) and the remaining five classes received investment grade ratings from AAA (sf) to BBB (sf).
