Blank Rome represented Venture Programs, Inc., an insurance program manager specializing in boutique hotels, premier and full-service hotels, hotel management companies, condo hotels and resorts, based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, in the sale of its SuiteLife division to Ryan Specialty Group, LLC, a leading international insurance company.
