A Blank Rome team represented Trident Maritime Systems, a portfolio company of investment affiliates of long-standing firm client J.F. Lehman & Company, in connection with its sale of Hoffman Engineering LLC (“Hoffman Engineering”) to investment affiliates of Branford Castle Partners, L.P. The transaction closed on October 22, 2024.
Hoffman Engineering is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, and is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of night vision test equipment, night vision imaging lighting systems, and commercial aviation LED specialty lighting products.
