Blank Rome represented Sylvin Technologies, Inc., a specialty plastics manufacturer, in its sale to Mexichem Ethylene Holding Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mexichem S.A, B. de C.V., a publicly traded Mexican company. The Blank Rome team was led by Barry Genkin and Inna Zaltsman, and included Lisa Campisi, Nicole Vorrasi, Jeff Rosenfeld, Lisa Casey Spaniel, Peg Hill, Jonathan Clark, Sam Becker, Courtney Presswood, and Ivy Shapiro.
