Blank Rome represented Sungard Availability Services, a leading provider of critical production and recovery services to global enterprise companies, in the sale of certain of the Company’s non-core U.S assets located in Wood Dale, Illinois, including real property and certain customer contracts in its Managed Services business. The transaction closed on January 4, 2019 and the terms were not disclosed.
