Blank Rome represented a subsidiary of Singer Equipment Company, Inc., the leading restaurant equipment and supplies dealer in the mid-Atlantic region and sixth largest in the country, in its acquisition of the business of Facilities Services, Inc. The Blank Rome team was led by Kipp Cohen and included Matt Altomare, Cory Jacobs, Michael Kadlec, and Ivy Shapiro.
