Blank Rome represented the owners of P3 Holdings 2014, LLC, a developer of cell phone towers, in its sale to Crown Castle International Corp., a national provider of communications infrastructure. The Blank Rome transaction team was led by Gary Goldenberg and Frank Dehel, and included Cory Jacobs, Jeff Rosenfeld and Riki McGettigan.
