Blank Rome represented owners of Cuba Libre Restaurant in its sale of Brûlée Catering, a leading Philadelphia-based provider of food services for high-profile venues and private events (such as the National Constitution Center and Independence Visitor Center, among others) to Comcast Spectator’s Spectra Food Services and Hospitality division (a subsidiary of Comcast), which already serves more than 200 client properties across the U.S. and Canada.
