Blank Rome represented the owner of RugsUSA, LLC and NuLoom, LLC, the leading online providers of rugs and other home décor products, in the $300 million sale of all outstanding equity interests to an affiliate of Comvest Partners, a private investment firm with over $3.1 billion of assets under management. Comvest became the buyer after an extensive auction process conducted by Lazard Middle Market, with Blank Rome’s participation.
