Blank Rome Represents Oshkosh Defense, LLC in $6.7 Billion JLTV Production Contract

A Blank Rome team prevailed on behalf of Oshkosh Defense, LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) company, in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. On February 18, Lockheed Martin Corp. withdrew its legal protest related to a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) production contract awarded to Oshkosh in August 2015, valued at $6.7 billion. The JLTV program—a three phase competition initiated by the U.S. Army to design, develop prototypes and ultimately manufacture new light tactical vehicles—is cited among the Department of Defense’s top modernization priorities.

The Blank Rome team was led by Scott Arnold, with assistance from Justin Chiarodo, Christian Curran, Stephanie Zechmann, and Harvey Sherzer.
