Blank Rome Represents Lindstrom, LLC in Acquisition of Stelfast Holdings, Inc.
A Blank Rome team successfully represented Lindstrom, LLC (“Lindstrom”), a portfolio company of longtime client Harbour Group, in its acquisition of Stelfast Holdings, Inc. and certain of its affiliates in Canada and Taiwan (“Stelfast”). Lindstrom is the largest master distributor of specialty fasteners in the United States, and the addition of Cleveland-based Stelfast significantly expands Lindstrom’s service and product offering while increasing the combined enterprise’s global presence.
The parties signed a definitive transaction agreement on August 31, 2018, and Blank Rome’s acquisition and finance team worked tirelessly with the client to close the transaction shortly thereafter on September 19, 2018. Harbour Group’s announcement of the transaction can be found here.
This deal marked Harbour Group’s 202nd acquisition. In fact, two nights before the closing, Blank Rome hosted Harbour Group’s senior management team in Washington, D.C., to celebrate their 200th acquisition.
