A Blank Rome team represented LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. and its special purpose affiliate, M&T Equipment (2025-LEAF1), LLC, in the issuance of $550,000,000 in asset-backed notes, secured by assets consisting of a pool of leases and commercial loan contracts (the “Contracts”). LEAF Commercial Capital used the proceeds of the securitization to finance its acquisition of the Contracts, to make initial deposits in a reserve account, and to pay costs and expenses. The money market tranche of Notes was rated by Moody’s and S&P P-1 (sf)/A-1+ (sf) and the remaining three classes all received ratings of Aaa (sf) and AAA (sf). LEAF Commercial Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of M&T Bank.
