A Blank Rome team represented longstanding firm client, J.F. Lehman & Co. (“J.F. Lehman”), a leading alternative asset manager focused exclusively on the aerospace, defense, government, maritime, environmental, and infrastructure sectors, in connection with its acquisition of Wellman Dynamics (“Wellman”). J.F. Lehman will partner with TRM Equity, which will retain a minority ownership position as Wellman enters its next phase of growth.
Wellman provides large-scale, high-complexity magnesium and aluminum sand castings for aerospace and defense applications to many of the most prolific aerospace and defense programs. J.F. Lehman’s operational and sector-specific expertise will support Wellman in expanding its manufacturing capacity and in continuing to deliver mission-critical solutions to its customers.
