Blank Rome Represents J.F. Lehman & Company in Its Acquisition of International Marine & Industrial Applicators, LLC and Craft and Technical Solutions, LLC
Blank Rome successfully represented J.F. Lehman & Company, LLC in its recent acquisition of 100 percent of the outstanding equity interests of International Marine & Industrial Applicators, LLC and Craft and Technical Solutions, LLC (collectively, “IMIA”) from IMIA Group, Inc. The transaction closed on October 26, 2018.
Founded in 1985, IMIA provides critical vessel preservation services to the U.S. Navy and serves the commercial maintenance, repair and overhaul, and new construction markets. Head-quartered in Spanish Fort, Alabama, with a presence in over 30 facilities nationally and a facility in Japan, IMIA is the market leader in the surface preservation of hulls, tanks, and other critical coated areas on U.S. Navy submarines, aircraft carriers, surface combatants, and auxiliaries, as well as commercial vessels.
