Blank Rome represented FBR Capital Markets & Co. and Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC, who acted as joint book-running managers for the Sachem Capital Corp. follow-on public offering of 3,750,000 common shares at a price to the public of $4.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $15M plus 562,500 additional shares sold upon exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, for an additional $2.25M of gross proceeds. Sachem Capital Corp. is a real estate finance company specializing in originating, underwriting, funding, servicing and managing a portfolio of short-term, “hard money” real estate loans.
