Blank Rome represented Eye Doctors of Washington, P.C., and two affiliated entities in a sale to Eye Care Services Partners Holdings LLC (“ESP”), as its affiliates. The private equity firm of Harvest Partners owns a controlling interest in ESP. The transaction was structured through three asset purchase agreements, and over 20 ancillary agreements. The Blank Rome team was led by Barry H. Genkin, William E. Gramlich, and Mike S. Swoyer, and included Cory G. Jacobs, Mary Ann Knoeckel, Jonathan A. Clark, and Lisa Casey Spaniel.
