Blank Rome represented eLocal Holdings LLC, a leading provider of performance-based advertising services, in its sale of a majority interest to HomeServe PLC, an international home repairs and improvements business. The Blank Rome team was led by Louis Rappaport, Inna Zaltsman, Shaun Bockert and Brock Wittmeyer, and included Matthew Altomare, Mark Blondman, George Boggs, Jonathan Clark, Erin Coppock, Jennifer Daniels, Cory Jacobs, Michael Medveckus and Kendra Merchant. The transaction closed on November 26, 2019.
