Blank Rome represented Ebonite International, Inc. and Ebonite Holdings, Inc., manufacturers of bowling balls and bowling equipment, in the sale of the companies’ assets to Brunswick Corporation, a global manufacturer of bowling equipment and operator of bowling centers. The Blank Rome corporate team was led by Peter Schnur, Elena Jacque and Ari Pozez, and the Blank Rome Intellectual Property team was led by Jon Grossman and Jonathan England. Essential support was also provided by Steve Dubow and Jason Reisman. The transaction closed on November 15, 2019.
