Blank Rome Represents Client in Sale of 50% Ownership Interest in Aircraft Holding Company
Blank Rome LLP represented a long-standing client in the sale of its fifty percent ownership interest in an entity, the primary asset of which was a mid-size private jet and associated tools and equipment used in Part 135 charter operations. Blank Rome, relying on its Aviation industry group’s substantial industry knowledge, worked collaboratively with all parties involved to address complex issues relating to pre and post-closing liability and tax considerations. Blank Rome’s transaction team was comprised of Barry Genkin, Nathan Brill and Joel Shapiro. The transaction closed on February 7, 2020.
